At Coforge, we are hiring Technical Lead / Architect (#006fu00000amGqXAAU-1) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the technical design and architecture of new capabilities based on business outcomes, requirements, and constraints.
• Design API-driven and distributed solutions, including connector architectures and integrations.
• Make, document, and communicate technical design decisions, identifying risks and resolving technical challenges.
• Lead design and code reviews while establishing engineering standards and best practices for the team.
• Break complex initiatives into implementable increments and oversee technical delivery.
• Partner with onshore architecture teams as a peer and serve as the primary technical point of contact for the delivery team.
• Stay hands-on with development and contribute directly to building and implementing solutions.
• Lead the team's delivery cadence and support the implementation of delivery metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, including experience leading teams and/or owning system architecture.
• Proven experience taking ambiguous business problems from initial concept through to a production-ready solution.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET and familiarity with Python.
• Strong experience with Azure services, particularly Container Apps, Functions, API Management, storage, and identity.
• Familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong understanding of API-driven and distributed systems design.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and automated testing.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to work with significant autonomy and make architectural decisions independently.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Generative AI applications in production.
• Experience developing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph and Copilot connectors.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and agentic tooling.
• Experience working on greenfield products or capabilities.
• Previous experience serving as the senior technical voice in a partner or client relationship.
