As our Scheduler/Pre-Registrar, you will efficiently manage incoming phone calls and fax requests to schedule outpatient tests, thereby ensuring a seamless experience for our valued patients. Every day you will meticulously complete the pre-registration of scheduled patients, and verify that all valid provider orders are accurately obtained, contributing to the smooth operation of our services. To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail in scheduling and pre-registration, and an unwavering commitment to patient satisfaction. -
