We are currently seeking a skilled Drafter -Revit/ Auto CAD to join our growing team and contribute to our custom design projects.
Job Summary
As a Drafter Revit / Engineer, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed shop drawings for custom projects, collaborating closely with the engineering team and communicating directly with clients to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Develop precise and detailed drawings for custom Revit/ Auto CAD projects.
Must have experience in Oustsource Project Handling
Prepare shop drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details in compliance with AWI, AWMAC, NKBA, or specific client standards.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance design efficiency.
Apply innovative and creative approaches to meet project objectives while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Conduct fluent and professional client communications via calls, emails, and kick-off meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design or a related field
2–6 years of experience in Construction Drawings and Designs
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools for documentation and communication.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and clients.
