Founded by an IIT Kharagpur '15 alumnus with a background in investment banking and 10 years of hands-on experience across marketplace ecosystems, performance advertising, and building D2C brands from scratch — this is a small, high-intensity team where you'll work alongside the founder on live client accounts from day one.
Why This Role Matters:
As Meta Ads Executive, you'll be the execution backbone of our performance team — running campaigns end-to-end, owning optimization decisions, and directly driving ROAS and revenue outcomes for our D2C client portfolio. This role is built for someone who wants to sharpen their Meta Ads expertise fast, working across multiple brands with direct founder access instead of layers of hierarchy.
What You'll Own:
• Run and manage Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end: Conversion, Retargeting, Traffic, and Awareness
• Handle monthly ad budgets efficiently with clear accountability on ROAS, CPA, and daily order targets
• Test new audiences — cold, lookalike, and interest-based — to find the most cost-efficient segments
• Scale winning creatives: identify top-performing ads and increase budgets without breaking performance
• Analyse hook rate, thumb-stop rate, CTR, and CPM, and iterate creatives based on data
• Brief the design team on what to make next based on creative performance insights
• Monitor ad frequency and audience fatigue, and refresh creatives proactively
• Track and report weekly performance — ROAS, CPA, Revenue, and key metrics — via Excel/Sheets
• Communicate directly with clients on performance, creative needs, and account strategy
Who you are:
• 6–12 months of hands-on experience running Meta Ads (must-have)
• Experience with big brands or agencies is a strong plus
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
• Strong client communication skills — you can speak numbers and strategy directly to clients
• Already using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in your workflow — no expertise needed, just familiarity
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured, high-ownership environment
• Genuine interest in performance marketing, D2C brands, or marketplace ecosystems
• Own laptop is mandatory

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month
