Role Description The Senior Director Finance is a full-time remote role responsible for leading financial planning and analysis, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements across assigned business units or functions. This role will guide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, partnering with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation. The Senior Director Finance will monitor key performance indicators, assess financial risks and opportunities, and provide clear, data-driven insights to drive profitability and operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing finance teams, optimizing financial systems and processes, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls, and presenting timely reports and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to support strategic decision-making and performance management.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting to lead budgeting, forecasting, and results analysis.
Candidates should possess deep knowledge of Financial Statements and related accounting principles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Candidates should possess leadership experience managing finance teams and cross-functional partnerships in a complex organization.
Advanced proficiency with financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP/financial systems is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders, are required.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA, CPA, or other relevant certification is preferred.
Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or a similarly regulated industry is an advantage.
