Role Overview: As a Patient Transportation Partner, you play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of patients, charts, equipment, and items throughout the hospital and clinic areas. You support patients, healthcare teams, and operational efficiency, contributing directly to a seamless care experience.

What You Will Do: - Transport patients safely and efficiently throughout the hospital and clinic areas. - Deliver charts, equipment, and items to designated locations. - Maintain confidentiality of patient and unit-care data per HIPAA regulations. - Demonstrate proper lifting techniques to ensure safety. - Utilize transport management software to process work requests.
What You Will Need: Required Qualifications: - High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience preferred. - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the telephone. - Successful completion of pre-employment requirements and initial training. Preferred Qualifications: - Basic CPR certification during orientation period.
