Role Overview
As an RN- Cont I, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. This role is essential in utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring patients and their families receive the support they need. You¿ll work closely with the healthcare team to address variances from patient goals and implement effective solutions.

What You Will Do
Lead the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families.
Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
Health care provider certification (BCLS).
Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
BSN preferred.
