we're building the growi app, where creators find brand deals, make content, and get paid for it through commission on sales, a cut of meta ad spend, and bonuses on views.
the app is early and we need someone to design it with us
what you'd do
design screens and flows in figma, from rough idea to handoff
figure out how creators browse deals, submit content, and track payouts
talk to real creators, watch them use the app, fix what confuses them
work directly with me and the engineers. your designs ship, usually within weeks
help build out a simple design system as we go
who you are
current college student, any major, any year
you have a portfolio, even if it's school projects or redesigns of apps you use
you know figma well
you use tiktok and instagram enough to have opinions about their ux
you care about the small stuff: spacing, empty states, what happens when something loads slow
bonus if you've done motion, prototyping, or any front-end
how it works
60–90 day internship, open to current college students. we can work with your school for credit. if it's a fit, it converts to a paid role.
