Description
This is a great opportunity for a Senior CRM Strategist to help shape the next generation of customer engagement for a large consumer services organization. This role will transform fragmented, campaign-led communications into connected lifecycle experiences powered by automation, behavioral insights, and customer data. You will define journey strategies, segmentation models, channel orchestration, experimentation programs, and CRM measurement frameworks that can be activated through Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Working alongside Adobe, data, analytics, creative, and campaign delivery specialists, you will turn customer needs and commercial priorities into practical strategies spanning acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, cross-sell, renewal, and reactivation. This position offers a competitive pay rate and a chance to work with enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities
Build integrated CRM and customer lifecycle strategies across key stages of the customer relationship.
Assess existing journeys, segmentation, processes, measurement practices, and engagement opportunities.
Design and prioritize automated, event-triggered, and behavior-driven customer journeys for AJO activation.
Establish audience, personalization, contact-frequency, suppression, and cross-channel orchestration frameworks.
Develop CRM KPIs and experimentation plans covering testing, control groups, incrementality, and optimization.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and align marketing, data, technology, analytics, creative, and CX teams.
Produce journey maps, strategic roadmaps, activation plans, governance models, and executive recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, or related disciplines.
Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer/AEP or comparable enterprise marketing automation platforms.
Solid knowledge of CRM analytics, experimentation, performance measurement, and multi-channel planning.
Experience evolving batch campaigns into automated, triggered, and journey-based customer engagement.
Proven success designing B2C lifecycle programs for service, subscription, or recurring-customer environments.
Strong expertise in segmentation, personalization, retention, lead nurturing, cross-sell, and win-back strategies.
Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication, and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
Excellent communication skills and strong consulting/professional services experience.
