Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, Remote role. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves conducting structured interviews, assessing candidate fit for customer-facing positions, and ensuring an efficient, consistent hiring process. The Recruitment Specialist will collaborate closely with leadership to forecast staffing requirements, manage job postings, and maintain an applicant tracking system. Additional responsibilities include supporting onboarding and training coordination, contributing to employer branding initiatives, and maintaining accurate recruitment metrics and reports.
Qualifications
Strong recruiting and hiring skills, including experience with various hiring platforms.
Proficiency in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment, with the ability to evaluate both skills and cultural fit.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Experience handling onboarding activities, including coordination of new employee orientation with trainers, follow up with new hires and manage their needs.
Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR, ideally within sales, construction, energy, or related industries.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media sourcing tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Compensation :
