Social Media Executive

Role Description The Social Media Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role includes planning and executing daily social media activities across platforms, including content scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring. The Social Media Executive collaborates with internal teams to develop engaging posts, optimize content for reach and engagement, and ensure brand consistency in tone and visuals. Responsibilities also include supporting media planning, coordinating with influencers or partners when needed, and preparing basic reports on campaign performance. The role involves active community management, responding to comments and messages, and staying updated on social media trends and platform best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for managing and growing brand presence across platforms.
Candidates should possess effective Media Planning skills to support campaign scheduling, platform selection, and budget allocation.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills for crafting posts, captions, and responses to audiences.
Relevant experience with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X) and basic analytics tools.
Ability to interpret social media metrics, draw insights, and suggest optimizations.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Prior experience in a digital agency or brand-side social media role is preferred.
