Role Description The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions for multiple roles across the organization. This full-time, on-site position is based in Ghaziabad and involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies. The role includes maintaining talent pipelines, managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, support onboarding activities, and provide data-driven insights on hiring metrics and workforce planning. Regular responsibilities include compliance with applicable employment laws, adherence to company policies, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Qualifications
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and job boards to identify and engage talent.
Skill in building relationships with hiring managers, understanding role requirements, and aligning recruitment strategies with business needs.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment regulations, and ethical hiring standards.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written communication and professional verbal interaction with stakeholders and candidates.
Experience in employer branding, market mapping, and talent pipeline development is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
Demonstrated capacity to work on-site in Ghaziabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
