Role Description This PT/FT remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor role involves providing telehealth counseling services to a diverse client population. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and offering ongoing therapeutic interventions using evidence-based modalities. The counselor will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, coordinate care with other providers as needed, and engage in regular case consultations and supervision. The role also includes providing crisis intervention when appropriate, supporting clients with resource referrals, and participating in practice-wide initiatives to improve service delivery and client outcomes. The therapist will be additionally responsible for initial client contact and personal client schedule/calendar.
Qualifications
Strong clinical skills in Mental Health and Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices in a telehealth setting.
Proficiency in Treatment Planning, including assessment, goal-setting, and outcome evaluation.
Experience with Relationship Counseling, supporting couples, families, and interpersonal dynamics.
Competence in Case Management, including care coordination, referrals, and follow-up support.
Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (or equivalent, such as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, depending on jurisdiction).
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with strong professional boundaries and ethical judgment.
Comfort and experience with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and remote work environments.
Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive, and trauma-informed care for clients from diverse backgrounds
