We're a pre-seed fintech in beta, building the future of personal and business banking in Canada.
We're hiring for two roles
1. Growth Lead - Retail
Drive acquisition of individual Canadians through content, SEO, referrals, lifecycle marketing, paid social, and community growth. Success is measured by funded accounts and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
2. Growth Lead - Small Business
Build the SMB growth engine through LinkedIn, outbound, partnerships with accountants & bookkeepers, and sales-assisted marketing. Success is measured by qualified meetings, business accounts opened, and average balance per account.
Who should apply?
You'll be a great fit if you have experience in Canadian fintech, banking, payments, investing, payroll, accounting software, or crypto, with a proven track record of delivering measurable growth.
These are our first two marketing hires, offering exceptional ownership and direct collaboration with the founders.
