We're hiring Travel Healthcare Recruiters to join our November 16th Recruiter-in-Training (RIT) class!
This is NOT a traditional HR recruiting role. You'll function as a sales professional, partnering with traveling healthcare clinicians and helping them find career opportunities across the country.
What You'll Do
As a Travel Healthcare Recruiter, you'll:
Recruit and build relationships with travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain your own book of business.
Prospect, cold call, text, and engage candidates daily.
Match clinicians with travel assignments nationwide.
Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process.
Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat placements.

You may be a great fit if you have:
Experience in a relationship-driven or sales-oriented role, such as inside or outside sales, college admissions, hospitality, bartending, serving, insurance, real estate, business development, or other customer-facing roles where building relationships and influencing decisions are key to success.
A proven ability to build trust and develop lasting relationships.
Confidence making outbound calls and engaging with people you've never met.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A competitive mindset with a desire to meet and exceed performance goals.
A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to bounce back from challenges.
A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve.
Proficiency with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
Bonus Points For:
Experience in healthcare or travel healthcare.
High-volume sales or business development experience.
Experience working toward daily or weekly performance metrics (KPIs).
Experience building a pipeline, overcoming objections, and closing opportunities.
