About The Role
We are seeking a Clinical Research Manager (CRM) to join our team in a home-based capacity in France. As a Clinical Research Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of complex oncology clinical trials for a top pharmaceutical client.
This position is responsible for the end-to-end management and performance of assigned protocols, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, client requirements, and quality standards.
Working across study start-up, maintenance, and close-out, you will provide strategic oversight of trial execution, site performance, vendor management, and CRA activities. You will collaborate with cross functional partners, drive operational excellence, and help ensure that innovative therapies reach patients efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end to end performance and project management of assigned clinical trial protocols in compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and client requirements
Manage study start-up activities, including oversight of site selection strategies, monitoring plans, and trial planning tools
Review and contribute to patient recruitment and retention strategies to support study delivery objectives
Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to project team members across multiple locations and functions
Evaluate project resource requirements and monitor resource utilization throughout the study lifecycle
Address and resolve site issues, ensuring timely escalation and successful closure of identified risks
Monitor study timelines, patient recruitment, retention, and data cleaning activities to support successful project outcomes
Maintain oversight of quality standards and ensure appropriate follow up of quality related issues
Drive process improvements that enhance study efficiency and operational performance
Contribute to revenue recognition forecasting and project planning activities, as required
Collaborate with project teams on database lock activities and study close-out deliverables
Ensure completion of all administrative close-out procedures, study archiving activities, and client documentation requirements
Candidate Profile

Experience working in clinical research, healthcare, or a regulated environment
The ability to collaborate across cross functional and global teams while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
A patient focused mindset and commitment to quality, compliance, and operational excellence
Comfort working with clinical trial systems, study management processes, and project planning tools
Required Qualifications
Degree in a life science, nursing qualification, or relevant clinical and/or clinical management experience
Substantial experience in clinical research, including relevant experience as a team leader in clinical functions or proven experience coordinating clinical trials
Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and clinical trial processes
Experience managing clinical trial activities, study operations, site oversight, and vendor relationships
Strong communication, organization, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Strong command of written and spoken English language
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
Experience in oncology clinical trials
Experience within a pharmaceutical company, healthcare organization, or contract research organization
Knowledge of project management methodologies and clinical study lifecycle management
