Senior Healthcare IT Project Manager / Business Analyst

Note: This is a Remote job, would prefer someone in New England or close to get onsite.
Has to spend some time onsite to begin with but could eventually be remote - would be nice to be onsite to build relationships, do working sessions, build a new process, etc.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead healthcare technology initiatives from project intake and requirements gathering through implementation and go-live.
This role combines strong IT Project Management and Business Analysis responsibilities. The successful candidate will manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholders, and deliverables while also providing hands-on expertise in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, process improvement, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a related discipline.
Proven experience leading healthcare IT projects from initiation through implementation and go-live.
Strong hands-on Business Analysis experience, including:
Requirements gathering
Process mapping
Workflow analysis
Gap analysis
Functional requirements documentation
UAT and testing
Experience working directly with clinical, healthcare, and business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare technology environments.
Demonstrated project management experience involving scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
