Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a targeted strategy for acquiring new hospital, laboratory, and healthcare system customers.
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through networking, industry events, outreach campaigns, and referrals.
Lead all stages of the sales cycle—from discovery and needs analysis through proposal development, negotiation, and close.
Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within GPOs and IDNs to drive purchasing access and preferred-vendor positioning.
Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting within CRM systems.
Analyze competitive activity and emerging trends to inform business strategy and market targeting.
Represent the company professionally at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
Provide regular progress reports to the General Manager, including pipeline metrics and key performance insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in business development or capital equipment sales within hospitals, laboratories, or related healthcare markets.
Proven success establishing new accounts and managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
Experience working with GPOs and IDNs, including contract negotiation and relationship management.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with both executive and technical audiences.
Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and a high level of motivation.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
Willingness to travel up to 50% to engage customers and attend key industry events.
