Job Description
The Data Conversion Developer will play a crucial role in the conversion of data from PeopleSoft Finance and HR, as well as any in-scope supporting systems, to the new Workday ERP, ensuring accuracy completeness and adherence to project timelines. They will be responsible for data analysis, extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Job Responsibilities
Create scripts to extract data from PeopleSoft tables
Perform data cleansing as instructed by the Senior Data Developer
Creative extensive documentation of the requirements and the logic of the scripts
Frequently update scripts to provide data extracts as instructed by the Senior Data Conversion Developer
Live the program’s guiding principles and abide by ways of working
Required Skills
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data conversion development in Python and data management.
Good understanding of data mapping, data modeling, and data integration concepts.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Be self-managers and operate independently.
Manage complex data conversion activities with tact and expediency.
Adjust priorities as data conversions work pace and needs require.
Desired Skills
Higher Education experience
Experience with data conversion from legacy ERP systems such as PeopleSoft to cloud solutions such as Workday
Experience with data conversion of HCM data elements

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate for this contract-based position ranges from $85 to $95 per hour, depending on a candidate’s experience, education, skills, and geographic location.

The individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills. Salary Range: $165,000 USD - $190,000 USD
