Graphic & Web Designer

We're hiring a Web Designer (with graphic design skills) to join our team at Advantagy. We build marketing websites and web experiences for US-based clients, primarily in the home-services industry. In this role you'll design and build websites end to end - landing pages, marketing sites, and UI - and lend a hand with brand and graphic work when needed. If you live in Webflow or WordPress, care about clean, responsive layouts, and have a portfolio of sites you've actually launched, we'd love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Design and build responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow and/or WordPress.
• Turn briefs and Figma designs into polished, live, on-brand web pages.
• Own layout, typography, and UI so sites look great and work on every screen.
• Collaborate with our remote marketing and content team, keeping designs consistent across pages and campaigns.
• Support brand and graphic needs (social, ads, visual assets) alongside the core web work.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience designing and building live websites - please share URLs (Webflow, WordPress, or hand-coded).
• Strong command of Webflow and/or WordPress, plus working HTML/CSS.
• Solid web/UI design fundamentals: responsive layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) for designing before you build.
• Proficient, near-native English (both written and spoken).
• Availability to overlap with US Pacific (PST) working hours.
GOOD-TO-HAVES
• Graphic and brand design skills, plus Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience designing for US-based clients, ideally in the home-service industry.
• Framer, WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor), or light front-end/JavaScript.
• An eye for conversion - landing pages built to perform, not just to look good.
