Project Manager at BairesDev
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and support various technology projects. In this role, you will work with engineering teams to deliver successful outcomes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and monitor project progress, providing guidance to team members.
- Coordinate processes and maintain quality standards.
- Foster good communication within teams and identify growth opportunities.
- Track project performance and manage budgets.

Here's what we are looking for:
- Experience in project management or related field.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Good English level, both written and spoken.
