We are looking for a strategic digital experience leader who can blend UX, service design, employee experience, analytics, AI-enabled experience thinking, and stakeholder management to optimize and reimagine talent management experiences across the organization
Digital Experience & Innovation Strategy

Primary Responsibilities
1. Intranet Experience Optimization
Manage and continuously improve talent-related intranet experiences.
Analyze engagement data:
*Click behavior
*User journeys
*Adoption metrics
*Content effectiveness
*Identify opportunities to increase employee engagement and adoption.
*Partner with communications, content, design, and technical teams to implement improvements.
2. Employee Experience Strategy
Map the current Talent Management ecosystem:
*Performance management
*Development
*Leadership experiences
*Career resources
Identify:
*Redundancies
*Legacy content
*Broken experiences
*Inconsistencies in messaging
Develop recommendations for future-state experiences and employee journeys.
3. Service Design & Innovation
Reimagine employee processes, particularly performance management.
Challenge existing workflows.
Simplify complex processes.
Create "signature" employee experiences that are:
*More intuitive
*Less cumbersome
*More engaging
Use creative problem-solving and prototyping approaches.
4. Conversational AI Experience Design
Explore how employee experiences extend beyond traditional intranet sites.
Help shape AI-enabled experiences.
Focus on:

Less emphasis on technical development, more on experience design.
