Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships and communities. This is not a traditional influencer marketing role. You'll help build one of the skincare industry's most trusted creator ecosystems, enabling creators to educate, influence and grow their businesses with Company.
We're seeking someone with 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, business development, community management or account management, ideally within a consumer brand, e-commerce business or digital platform.
You enjoy working directly with creators, solving problems, creating opportunities and building long-term partnerships. You thrive in fast-moving environments, are highly organized and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator Acquisition & Success: Identify, recruit, onboard and support high-quality skincare, beauty and lifestyle creators.
Affiliate Program Management: Coordinate affiliate onboarding, commission structures, performance tracking and creator incentives.
Creator Education: Help creators maximize success through product education, content ideas, best practices and ongoing coaching.
Relationship Management: Build trusted long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional support.
Community Building: Develop initiatives, events and recognition programs that strengthen the Company creator community.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Commercial Growth, Brand Success and Operations to ensure creators have the tools and resources they need.
Performance: Monitor creator KPIs, identify growth opportunities and continuously improve program performance.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months):
Recruit and onboard a high-quality network of creators.
Launch a structured creator onboarding and education program.
Increase creator-generated revenue and affiliate sales.
Improve creator activation, engagement and retention.
Build an engaged creator community with regular communication and initiatives.
Develop creator feedback loops that continuously improve the Company platform.
Help position Company as one of the preferred creator and affiliate programs in skincare.
Desired Experience:
3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, community management, account management or business development.
Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, affiliate platforms or creator commerce tools is highly desirable.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
Passion for social media, creators, digital commerce and consumer brands.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Experience in skincare, beauty or wellness is a plus—but enthusiasm for helping creators succeed is even more important.
