Product Operational Specialist

The Product Operations Specialist is responsible for driving operational excellence across the Global RPO Technology & Product organization. This role enables effective portfolio execution by establishing scalable operating models, governance frameworks, prioritization processes, performance metrics, and cross-functional ways of working.
Working across Product, Technology, PMO, Implementation, Support, Enablement, and Business Operations teams, this role ensures product investments are aligned to strategic priorities, resources are deployed effectively, and measurable business outcomes are achieved. The Product Operations Lead serves as a key partner to Product and Technology Leadership, helping translate strategy into execution through disciplined portfolio management, stakeholder alignment, governance, and continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities
Product Portfolio Operations
Drive operational management of the global RPO product and technology portfolio.
Support strategic planning, roadmap alignment, and investment prioritization across products and initiatives.
Facilitate portfolio reviews to ensure alignment to organizational objectives and business outcomes.
Establish mechanisms to track delivery health, product adoption, value realization, and portfolio performance.
Create visibility into portfolio status, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.
Demand Management & Prioritization
Lead intake and prioritization processes for enhancements, strategic initiatives, operational requests, and product investments.
Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Business leaders to evaluate business value, effort, risk, and strategic alignment.
Maintain prioritization frameworks and governance processes that support objective decision-making.
Drive transparency across demand, capacity planning, and portfolio commitments.
Governance & Operating Model
Define, implement, and continuously improve the RPO Product Operations operating model.
Establish governance processes, decision forums, operating rhythms, and standards that support effective execution.
Facilitate portfolio governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
Develop and maintain methodologies, playbooks, templates, and best practices that support scalable execution globally.
Business Performance & Value Realization
Define and monitor key performance indicators across the technology and product portfolio.
Develop dashboards, reporting, and insights that provide visibility into product health, adoption, execution performance, and business value.
Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to support business case development and benefit tracking.
Drive value realization practices that measure productivity gains, adoption outcomes, and return on investment.
Cross-Functional Delivery & Transformation
Support execution of strategic technology, product, AI, and transformation initiatives across the RPO organization.
Partner with Product, Technology, Architecture, PMO, Support, and Operations teams to remove operational barriers and improve execution effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
Lead special projects and transformation initiatives supporting organizational objectives.
People Leadership*

Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, PMO, Technology Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or related functions.
Experience operating within a complex global matrix organization.
Strong understanding of portfolio management, governance, demand management, prioritization, and operating model practices.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change.
Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, business cases, executive reporting, and performance metrics.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
Experience facilitating governance forums, prioritization reviews, and strategic planning activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities.
Experience supporting Agile, Product Management, or Technology delivery organizations.

Experience within Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Talent Acquisition, Staffing, or HR Technology environments.
Knowledge of ATS, CRM, recruitment marketing, talent intelligence, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies.
