THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support our operations organization: fulfillment, supply chain, and logistics. This role owns financial reporting and analysis for operational cost structures and plays a key role in forecasting, planning, and strategic decision support. You'll help drive the annual planning process, monthly business reviews, and cross-functional initiatives by building financial models, analyzing operational KPIs, and providing insight into cost and efficiency drivers.

Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analyses for operations leadership and senior leadership
Build and maintain financial models for forecasting operational costs (fulfillment cost per order/unit, labor, freight, warehousing)
Analyze KPIs such as throughput, cost per unit, labor efficiency, inventory turns, and days of supply
Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Supply Chain teams to provide insight into cost drivers and process performance, at both aggregate and facility/SKU level
Model the financial impact of process changes and capex/opex tradeoffs, and lead ongoing tracking of initiative performance
Contribute to strategic projects aimed at cost optimization and operational efficiency
Qualifications
3–5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical field
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or CPG is a plus
Advanced Excel skills and comfort with complex financial modeling
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets to draw actionable insights
Experience with SQL or BI tools (Domo, Tableau, etc.) strongly preferred
Experience with ERP/planning/forecasting/reporting tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, etc.) strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

JOB INFORMATION
Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000/Per Year.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.
Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health & Wellness Benefits, Flexible PTO, and more!
This position requires traveling to our HQ office in Los Angeles, California, twice a year for all-company summits; once in the summer and once in the winter.
