Program Manager
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Program Manager with experience building and executing enterprise-grade programs – from engagement design through hypercare. The Senior Program Manager role is a key member of the Program Delivery team and is responsible for leading our most strategic client engagements. The focus of this program is on a M&A for Application development in the Commercial sector and overall transformation.
The ideal candidate possesses depth of technical knowledge that serves as the foundation for leading client initiatives and delivering program engagement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Provide functional leadership and management oversight to strategic client program initiatives
Maintaining the program budget and resource plan
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the overall program initiative, requirements, and objectives
Work with internal team(s) and client to define tasks, responsibilities, and resource alignment
Create, maintain, and facilitate project plans and schedules with clearly defined tasks, milestones, and target completion dates
Design and own task board for all direct and indirect related workstreams
Align project plans in master integrated plan structure for management of multiple workstreams utilizing agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
Provide functional status report-outs to leadership and project teams including C-Suite
Capture key information and decisions for organized reporting, tracking, and documentation presentation
Develop program management runbook including vendor management, lifecycle, end-to-end process flows, organizational assessment, etc.
Coordinate across client organizations at all levels of leadership to schedule sessions for discovery, planning, status, delivery, etc.
Establish program governance and communication plans
Develop project plan(s) and master integrated program plan
Coordinate and guide key technical solution and design decisions with all teams.
Understand work tasks and skills alignment of engagement team members
Interface with teams on potential collisions and blockers as identified and recommend solutions and maintain ownership
Provide overall leadership, guidance, and mentorship to client teams through program delivery work
Continuous integration and coordination among multiple workstreams and maintain alignment with other related and dependent programs.
Qualifications
Experience in Energy Value Chain is highly desired
Industries with similar work for wholesale / retail sales workflows in a highly regulated environment will be considered – ex/ Healthcare, CRM workforce management
Previous experience with AI transformational, software enhancement, software development and migration / transformation activities due to a merger / acquisition preferred
Previous experience with large scale datacenter migration, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, data migration or datacenter transformation programs nice to have
Experience working in an Enterprise organization of a large scale. Fortune 100-preferred.
Candidate should be comfortable operating at the intersection of IT/Business and the ability to communicate to C-Suite
Experience handing and reporting on large scale budgets of $30MM
Azure Certification preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
10+ years of technical project management experience with a focus in large enterprise (F500) orgs
Background in infrastructure, application, platform technology, and/or technology management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
Excellent collaboration and skilled at leading teams through complex engagements
Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills
Operates with a propensity for thoughtful action and high output
Experienced in building relationships with IT executives and decision-makers
Self-starter and self-directed ability within a fast-paced working environment
Maintains a broad knowledge and understanding of the current and anticipated future of the technology industry including trends, technologies, products, services, and standards
