Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a qualified, detail-oriented, and dedicated Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations of our Hotel. The ideal candidate will bring sound accounting principles, integrity, and a proactive approach to financial management within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting operations
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts
Handle accounts payable/receivable, ledgers, and reconciliation
Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, and ESI
Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external partners as required
Maintain accurate documentation and support for all financial transactions
Assist in payroll processing and other HR finance-related functions
Generate timely reports for management review
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance
Experience: Minimum 3–4years in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, etc.)
Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and tax procedures
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
