Laboratory Assistant

LAB ASSISTANT – B.Sc. CHEMISTRY

Metallica Enterprise is looking for a B.Sc. Chemistry graduate to join our laboratory and production-support team.
This is a hands-on industrial laboratory role involving sample handling, routine testing, documentation, quality checks and laboratory housekeeping in a chemical manufacturing environment.
What you will do
Handle and label raw-material, production and finished-product samples.
Perform routine laboratory testing under supervision.
Carry out weighing, sample preparation and other assigned laboratory activities.
Maintain accurate test records and documentation.
Assist with quality checks and production-related sampling.
Maintain laboratory equipment, samples and consumables.
Follow laboratory safety, PPE and chemical-handling procedures.
Coordinate with production for sampling and routine quality checks.
Report abnormal results, spills, breakages or other issues promptly.
What we are looking for
B.Sc. in Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry or related field.
Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Willingness to work hands-on in an industrial environment.
Basic Excel/computer skills.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain proper records.
Good work discipline and willingness to learn.
