Provide updates regarding staffing, school relationships, enrollment, upcoming opportunities, and operational concerns.
Maintain organized records and follow established Stretch-n-Grow systems and procedures.
The Director is responsible for the operations and growth of the territory, but is not responsible for the company’s accounting, payroll, or financial administration. The Director is expected to take ownership of the daily operation rather than waiting for ownership to identify every problem or opportunity.
The Director has responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the territory while ownership maintains responsibility for major financial decisions, overall company strategy, compensation decisions, significant personnel matters, and long-term direction. The ultimate goal of the Director is to build a strong, growing, and well-run Stretch-n-Grow territory that does not require ownership to manage the daily details of the business.
