Fluffle collects everyday conversations to help train AI that speaks naturally and understands people of every accent and region. Participants chat with each other through the Fluffle app and get paid for every conversation they record. We're running a project in Germany and need someone to help us grow it fast. The role
This role has one clear goal: bring 500+ German-speaking participants into our project within one month. We're looking for someone who is either extremely well connected or relentless enough to find people wherever they are, and ideally both. If you're the person everyone in your group chats listens to, or the one who never takes no for an answer, keep reading.
What you'll do
Recruit 500+ participants across Germany through your personal networks, group chats and online communities.
Spread the word in WhatsApp and Telegram groups, Discord servers, Facebook groups, university and student networks, sports clubs, and anywhere else people gather.
Create and share recruitment posts in German on social media, classifieds sites and community boards.
Explain the project clearly and answer questions from potential participants, building trust around how their data is handled.
Follow up with new sign-ups until they complete their first conversation.
Track your numbers and report progress weekly, sharing what's working and what isn't.
Bring new ideas for channels and communities we haven't thought of.
Who you are
Based in Germany.
Native-level German and good English.
Well connected: an active member of group chats, communities, student networks or clubs with real reach.
Experienced in sales, marketing, recruiting, community management, events or brand ambassador work, or simply a natural at getting people on board.
Relentless and self-driven: comfortable with rejection, follow-ups and working toward an ambitious target.
Organized enough to track leads and numbers without being chased.
Confident online and comfortable creating simple, engaging social posts.
Trustworthy and able to explain the project in a way that makes people feel safe joining.
Available to start immediately and commit real time over the month.
Nice to have
Current student or recent graduate with a large university network.
Experience running ambassador, referral or promoter programs.
An existing social media following, or part of a large community.
What we offer
1-month contract, fully remote, flexible hours.
Compensation: a base fee for the month + commission on based on .
