Descripción del Rol: Buscamos a un representante comercial para Nova-Tek AI. Serás responsable de prospectar nuevos clientes a través de llamadas, LinkedIn, correo y otros medios, así como de generar y dar seguimiento a nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
Habilidades necesarias para el puesto:
Comodidad utilizando herramientas digitales como CRM, Google Meet y Google Workspace.
Habilidades comerciales y facilidad para generar relaciones con clientes.
Comodidad realizando llamadas y contactando potenciales clientes.
Enfoque analítico y orientación a resultados.
Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma.
Resiliencia frente al rechazo
Interés por aprender sobre tecnología, automatización e inteligencia artificial.
Rango Salarial: Entre S/ 1,800 a S/ 2,000 mensuales brutos. Adicionalmente, recibirás comisiones según el esquema debajo.
Pago de comisiones: Trimestral
Esquema de comisiones (Porcentajes de la meta):
- 80% - 99%: 2x sueldo bruto
- 100% - 110%: 6x sueldo bruto
- 111% - 125%: 6.5x sueldo bruto
- 126% - 140%: 7x sueldo bruto
- 141% - 155%: 7.5x sueldo bruto
- 156% - 170%: 8x sueldo bruto
- 171% - 185%: 8.5x sueldo bruto
- 186% - 200%: 9x sueldo bruto (tope)
Modalidad:
Híbrida (1 vez por semana en oficina)
