Fractional CTO (Remote, Contract): Code Audit + Ongoing Technical Leadership

PRONTA is an AI-native platform for shoot-day and complex group logistics, starting with UK TV production and expanding to group travel, retreats and offsites. Call sheets hold sensitive schedules and personal contacts, and production days can't fail. Our product runs on two non-negotiables:

king for an experienced fractional CTO to take technical ownership of the product.
Phase 1:
Full technical audit (fixed scope, 2–4 weeks)• Review
the entire codebase, architecture, infrastructure and dependencies• Assess
security, data residency, GDPR posture and offline reliability• Identif
y technical debt, risks and quick wins• Deliver
a written report with a prioritised roadmap
Phase 2:
Ongoing maintenance and leadership (monthly retainer)• Own sta
bility, security patching, monitoring and releases• Advise
on architecture as we add AI features, such as document parsing and image-based risk assessment• Review
or manage any other developers and freelancers• Act as
the technical voice with partners and, later, investors
