Java Developer - Assistant Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of JAVA J2EE, with proven expertise in developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain enterprise solutions using modern technologies and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications using J2EE technologies.
Work with Unix and Linux environments for application deployment and support.
Implement frameworks such as Struts and Spring for scalable application architecture.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between services.
Utilize SQL for database design, queries, and performance tuning.
Manage version control and collaboration using GIT.
Contribute to cloud migration and deployment strategies on major cloud platforms.
Develop and maintain front-end features with React JS.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and sprints, contributing to continuous improvement.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development (J2EE).
Strong proficiency with Unix and Linux operating systems.
Experience with Struts and Spring Frameworks.
Expertise in REST API design and integration.
Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with GIT version control system.
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
Experience with React JS for front-end development.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Certification in Java or cloud technologies is a plus.
