Social Media Marketing Intern

We're hiring a Social Media & Sales Intern at Tiger Dumpsters! 🐯🚛
We're a family-owned roll-off dumpster and debris hauling company in Andover, serving eastern MA and southern NH since 1991. With 17 trucks and 300+ containers, we're a small team where an intern's work actually shows up.
💵 $15/hour
🕐 About 10 hrs/week, flexible around classes
📍 Andover, MA (hybrid: some in-office, some remote)
What you'll do:
📸 Plan, create, and post content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok: trucks, job sites, before-and-after cleanouts.
🎯 Follow our consistent brand voice and posting schedule
📞 Reach out to contractors, realtors, property managers, and landscapers
📋 Follow up on leads and keep our customer list organized
💡 Track what's working and bring new ideas to the table
Who we're looking for:
A current college student who is creative, comfortable on camera, confident on the phone, and reliable enough to work independently. Business, marketing, and communications majors are a plus, but all majors are welcome.
We care more about what you've made than what's on your résumé. If you've grown an account, made a video that took off, or run socials for a club, team, or side hustle, show us. Links to your work are the best application. We aren't looking to go viral, but we need to grow our customer base.
