Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Overview:
We are expanding our AI team and are looking for experienced AI Engineers who are passionate about building intelligent solutions that drive business impact. This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft's AI ecosystem, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI services, and automation technologies to create scalable solutions that improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision making. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of AI technologies, hands-on experience implementing AI solutions, and a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Microsoft technologies.
Build and optimize workflows using Power Automate and related Power Platform tools.
Develop Copilot-based solutions to improve business processes and user productivity.
Integrate AI services, automation platforms, and enterprise applications.
Translate business requirements into scalable AI and automation solutions.
Collaborate with business leaders, developers, and functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption.
Monitor, maintain, and improve existing AI implementations.
Stay current on emerging AI technologies, Microsoft roadmap developments, and industry best practices.
Document solution designs, implementation approaches, and operational processes.
Required Qualifications: (Must-Haves)
3+ years of experience designing and implementing AI, automation, or machine learning solutions.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Power Automate.
Experience working within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and AI solution architecture.
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and business workflows.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in cross-functional, business-facing environments.
