Our client is passionate about improving the lives of people and their emotional support animals. As they grow their member education and training content, they're building an AI-driven video production line that turns written course scripts into finished, on-brand video. That's where you come in.
Position Summary
Our client is seeking a hands-on AI Video Production Specialist to join their marketing team. You’ll be part of a mission-driven organization that values innovation, collaboration, and quality.
In this role, you’ll work closely with their Video Lead to produce course and training videos at scale. You’ll start by taking ownership of captioning and video assembly while learning their workflow directly from the Video Lead. As you ramp up, you’ll gradually take on full clip generation.
Their production system is still being built, with a deep backlog of course and training content to work through. Since every shot is AI-generated rather than filmed, the craft lies in effective prompting, strong creative judgment, and polished finishing.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Clip Generation: Build the starting frame for each shot, write the motion prompt, run the generation, judge the output, and regenerate when the action isn't right.
- Caption Production: Generate voice tracks, sync captions, and match our exact fonts, colors, and styles.
- Assembly & Finishing: Cut generated shots and B-roll together against our existing templates and deliver for review.
- Brand & Visual Consistency: Keep the visual style consistent across every video in a series.
- Parallel Production: Run your own video track alongside the Video Lead to keep output moving.
- Workflow Improvement: Test new tools and shortcuts, and flag when a shortcut costs quality.
- Coordination: Keep tasks current in Asana and communicate through Slack and weekly updates.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop.
- Hands-on production experience with AI video and image generation tools such as Google Flow, Kling AI, and GPT.
- Strong prompting instinct. You can read a line of script, picture the shot, and write the prompt that gets it.
- Motion graphics and typography skills. Discipline with brand specs. Fonts, colors, and styles match every time without being asked.
- Editing fundamentals: pacing, cuts, audio sync, and working inside an established template.
- Self-directed and comfortable working from written SOPs and recorded walkthroughs.
- Strong written English and reliable async communication with a US-based team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience producing educational or course video at volume.
- Character consistency work across a multi-video series.
- Broader design skills beyond video, such as banners and static assets.
