Manager/Senior Manager of Regulatory Reporting

The Keller Group has partnered with a publicly traded financial institution to identify a Manager or Senior Manager of Regulatory Reporting. This person will act as a go-to subject matter expert for the reporting function, managing both scheduled and one-off filings while making sure every submission is accurate, timely and fully compliant. Candidates should come with direct experience preparing Basel III capital calculations and a strong grasp of the regulatory landscape, with room to take on a growing role in Basel reporting and related regulatory projects.

What You'll Do
Lead the quarterly buildout and review of Basel capital metrics, acting as the go-to resource on capital methodology, leadership questions and core accounting/reporting assumptions
Guide implementation work tied to the Basel NPR, converting regulatory requirements into workable reporting processes and internal controls
Support enterprise-wide regulatory readiness efforts, including reporting obligations across Y-14 schedules, Y-15, FFIEC 031 and other related filings
Manage day-to-day regulatory reporting work, ensuring recurring reports to federal banking regulators—particularly Federal Reserve submissions—are prepared, reviewed, and filed accurately and on time
Work closely with internal stakeholders to roll out changes driven by new regulations or business needs
Take a lead or supporting role in system upgrades and enhancements tied to reporting infrastructure
Partner with audit teams and regulatory examiners during reviews and exams
Cultivate strong relationships across departments to support broader company initiatives
What You'll Bring
4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting within a regulated setting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
CPA a plus
Hands-on Basel III capital calculation experience required
Solid understanding of banking operations and regulatory frameworks
Background at a large audit firm or within a public company setting is a plus
Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Comfortable working independently while juggling competing priorities
Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level
Familiarity with financial systems and reporting platforms
