About the Role:
As a Program Manager at Spark, you’ll own the strategic and day-to-day management of assigned eCommerce programs, from implementation and store build through ongoing operations, reporting and optimization. You’ll work closely with our sales team, clients, suppliers, warehouse and internal departments to make sure every program runs smoothly, deadlines are met and the client experience stays exceptional.
Your mission is simple:
Build great programs. Keep them running. Make them better.
Some days you’ll be building a new company store in Shopify. Some days you’ll be working with our warehouse to troubleshoot inventory or fulfillment. Some days you’ll be preparing a client business review and uncovering an opportunity to improve the program. And some days you’ll be doing all three.
What You’ll Own:
Program Implementation & Store Management
· Lead the implementation and ongoing management of assigned eCommerce programs.
· Build, configure & maintain stores across Shopify and OrderMyGear platforms.
· Own store implementation and timelines from start to finish.
· Test store functionality and customer experience before launches and major updates.
· Troubleshoot store issues, coordinating with internal and external partners.
Program Operations
· Manage the day-to-day operational health of assigned programs.
· Monitor inventory, product performance and replenishment needs, proactively recommending action.
· Coordinate program pricing and product registration with supplier partners.
· Partner with our warehouse to ensure smooth inventory, fulfillment and shipping operations.
· Build and manage recurring client reports, using program data to identify trends and opportunities.
· Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the client experience.
Client & Sales Partnership
· Partner with sales throughout implementation and ongoing program management.
· Lead client discovery calls and store demonstrations.
· Serve as the operational subject-matter expert for assigned programs.
· Participate in Client Business Reviews, using program insights to highlight successes and identify growth opportunities.
Process Improvement & Scalability
· Develop and refine program processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
· Identify opportunities for automation, integrations and technology improvements.
· Work cross-functionally to improve workflows and ensure consistent program execution.

Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience in the branded merchandise industry.
· Hands-on experience building and managing eCommerce stores in Shopify.
· Experience managing inventory-based eCommerce programs from implementation through ongoing operations.
· Experience working with APIs, system integrations and connected technology platforms.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines and priorities.
· Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and KPIs to evaluate program performance.
· Exceptional attention to detail, organization and follow-through.
· Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
· Proven ability to work independently, solve problems and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
