About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Company Description HireX AI is building AI-native hiring infrastructure that connects colleges, employers, and candidates to move recruitment beyond fragmented job boards and resume-based matching. The company addresses a large recruitment technology market still dominated by legacy systems, manual workflows, and poor matching by offering an AI-powered three-sided talent ecosystem. With strong traction including tens of thousands of candidates, college pilots, employer relationships, and revenue-generating placements, HireX AI focuses on college placement infrastructure, enterprise talent acquisition, and early-career hiring. Its agentic AI technology powers sourcing, screening, matching, interviews, and recruitment automation, combining AI autonomy with human decision-making to create an intelligence layer between talent and opportunity.
Role Description The Member of the Board of Advisors role at HireX AI is a remote, contract position focused on providing strategic guidance and domain expertise to support the company’s growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on market positioning, product strategy, and go-to-market initiatives, as well as reviewing key metrics and offering data-driven recommendations. Advisors may participate in regular virtual meetings with the leadership team, contribute to financial and fundraising planning, and support relationship-building with colleges, employers, and other stakeholders. This role also involves offering insights on emerging trends in recruitment technology, AI, and talent ecosystems, while acting as a trusted thought partner to the founder and executive team.
