Our client is a dynamic and innovative company based in Europe that is currently seeking a highly skilled senior software developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, a strong background in computer science, and the ability to handle complex technological discussions. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to developing high-quality software solutions and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
Develop Linux-based products and troubleshoot issues in complex environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions based on client requirements.
Work on complex communication systems and network environments.
Implement and manage high-level programming languages such as PHP, Python, and JavaScript.
Utilize low-level programming languages (C, C++, Rust) for specific projects.
Conduct technological discussions in English and explain complex concepts clearly.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.
Key Qualifications
A degree in software development, computer science, or a related field.
Ability to speak Farsi (Persian language) fluently is mandatory.
At least 5 years of experience as a software developer.
Proven experience in developing Linux-based products.
Strong understanding of complex communication systems and network environments.
Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as PHP, Python, and JavaScript.
Experience with low-level programming languages, including C, C++, and Rust.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold in-depth technological discussions in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot difficult issues.
Experience working with clients to design solutions, collect bugs, and implement feedback.
Hiring Steps
Assignment
As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to complete a technological assignment to demonstrate their skills and problem-solving abilities. Assignments are only given after you pass the screening call with the recruiter.
Assignment Details
Develop a Chrome extension that uses a configurable list of motivational quotes, picks one quote randomly, and presents it to the user every day.
Provide a short document describing your solution and how to deploy it.
(Optional) Display weather/news updates through the Chrome extension.
Candidates will have one week to complete the assignment. The results will be used for our technological evaluation.
Interview Process
There are two steps of interviews:
A screening call with the recruiter to assess your overall profile
Interview with the hiring manager. Please note, the hiring manager only wants to meet in person. You need to be willing to meet the hiring manager in a city in Europe. The hiring manager will reimburse your travel cost on the spot during the interview.
