Oracle Health Go-Live Consultant

The Oracle Health Go-Live Consultant provides frontline support during Oracle Health system implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and activation events. This role serves as an at-the-elbow resource for clinicians, operational staff, and end users to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Health applications and workflows. Specialists act as the first point of contact for workflow questions, issue identification, troubleshooting, and escalation throughout the go-live period.
Key Responsibilities
Provide at-the-elbow support for physicians, nurses, ancillary staff, and operational teams during Oracle Health go-live activities.
Assist end users with Oracle Health navigation, documentation, order entry, patient management, scheduling, and clinical workflows.
Support adoption of new processes and technology changes associated with the implementation.
Identify, document, and escalate system issues, workflow concerns, and enhancement requests.
Collaborate with project leadership, application teams, trainers, and operational stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
Participate in command center operations and daily go-live support activities.
Track support interactions and maintain accurate issue documentation.
Reinforce workflow best practices and standard operating procedures.
Maintain professionalism and composure in fast-paced healthcare environments.
Required Qualifications
Previous Oracle Health go-live experience required.
Experience supporting healthcare operations, clinical workflows, revenue cycle workflows, or healthcare technology projects.
Strong understanding of end-user support methodologies and issue escalation processes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts during go-live periods.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Oracle Health go-live, command center, training, or implementation experience.
Clinical or healthcare operational background preferred.
