What will you do?
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services primarily using Kotlin and Java with Spring Boot.
Manage and optimize data storage solutions including PostgreSQL and OpenSearch, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
Implement and integrate messaging systems like RabbitMQ and caching mechanisms with Redis.
Contribute to the development and integration of AI/ML functionalities leveraging Google Vertex AI and Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and resilient software solutions.
What are we looking for?
At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:
Solid experience (minimum 3 years) as a Backend Developer, proficient in Kotlin and Java, with strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
Proven expertise with databases such as PostgreSQL and OpenSearch, alongside experience with Redis and RabbitMQ.
Familiarity with AI/ML platforms like Google Vertex AI and experience in Python scripting is valued.
Fluency in English is mandatory for effective communication and collaboration.
Eligibility to work remotely from Portugal, whether as a Portuguese national or a foreign citizen with valid work authorization.
