Lab Luxuries (By Uma Ornaments) is looking for an energetic, target-driven, and experienced Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery Sales Manager to join our growing team.
📌 Position: Lab-Grown Sales Manager
📍 Location: [Mumbai / Andheri East]
💼 Experience: 5-10 years
🏢 Company: Lab Luxuries (By Uma Ornaments)
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
👤 What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in lab-grown diamonds, natural diamond jewellery, or related industries.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
* Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
* Existing industry contacts and client relationships will be an advantage.
