FDA Regulatory Attoney - Part Time

Full-service business law firm seeks attorney with experience in FDA compliance, and enforcement, and litigation in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. This is a fully remote position.
We are a good fit for an attorney who currently has their own solo practice and sees the benefit of being part of a 30-attorney full-service business law firm while still enjoying much of the independence, autonomy, and flexibility of having their own practice. Benefits of being part of the firm include:
Being able to refer matters outside the attorney's areas of expertise within the firm and receive origination credit.
Receiving referrals for FDA-related matters and from other attorneys in the firm.
Support from the firm's business development team to build and expand the attorney's practice.
Firm support for client on-boarding, invoicing, and collections.
Successful applicants will have (i) at least five years of experience working at nationally-recognized law firm and/or the FDA, and (ii) a willingness to engage in firm-supported business development efforts. Prior experience in the corporate legal department is a strong plus.
Applicants with either an existing book of business in FDA matters matters or a track record in building such a book of business strongly preferred.
Hourly compensation ranges from $200/hour to $300/hour, depending on experience. Attorney will also receive origination credit for bringing in work that is done by other attorneys in the firm.
