What We’re Looking For
The Senior Manager, Digital Process Transformation is a high-impact leadership role responsible for aligning CX digital and aftermarket software’s across our global organization. You will serve as the "connective tissue" between business operations and IT, ensuring that technological solutions—specifically SaaS and cloud-native platforms—are centered on end-to-end process improvement rather than isolated tasks. You aren't just managing software; you are re-engineering how we work to drive efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support global business goals.
What You’ll Be Responsible For In This Role
Process Mapping: Partner with business leaders to map current-state processes across major domains (Sales, Billing, Aftermarket, and Technical Support).
Global Alignment: Drive consistency across global regions to reduce operational costs and increase internal/external customer satisfaction.
Gap Analysis: Identify opportunities for automation and re-engineering using AI, workflow orchestration, and low-code tools.
Project & Technology Management
End-to-End Delivery: Own the project lifecycle from research and Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) to Go-Live and post-launch optimization.
SaaS Advocacy: Research and implement modern SaaS applications, ensuring they align with existing business rules and future-state workflows.
Resource Coordination: Manage internal teams and third-party deployment partners to meet aggressive timelines while maintaining project scope.
Stakeholder Liaison & Solution Design
Business-to-Tech Translation: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business requirements for non-IT partners.
Requirement Documentation: Design and document formal Business Requirements and Readiness Planning documentation.
Design Thinking: Facilitate workshops to create future-state process visions, advocating for a shift from "application-centric" to "process-centric" design.
Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop team members
What are the basic qualifications?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Technology Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience: 10+ years in IT, Business Process Management (BPM), or Enterprise Applications, with a proven track record of leading software deployment projects.
Leadership: 5+ years of leading, coaching, and developing a team
SaaS Mastery: Extensive experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) architecture, design, and integration.
Methodology: Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or BPR.
What are the preferred qualifications?
Previous manufacturing industry experience is a plus
