Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic and operational leadership for all financial activities at Adora Holdings — Redefining the Future of AI-Driven Healthcare. This is a contract, remote role responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term capital strategy to support the company’s AI-driven healthcare initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the preparation and review of financial statements, leading financial reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The CFO will partner with executive leadership to evaluate investment opportunities, assess business performance, and support fundraising and stakeholder communications with clear, data-backed financial insights. The role also involves establishing and refining financial controls, optimizing cash flow, and implementing tools and processes that enable scalable growth in a dynamic, technology-focused environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills, with demonstrated experience interpreting complex data and supporting strategic decisions.
Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance dashboards.
Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements, with deep knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and experience overseeing audits and regulatory filings.
Extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles, ideally as a CFO or equivalent in technology, healthcare, or high-growth organizations.
Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, and capital structure optimization is highly beneficial.
Strong business acumen, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and clear, concise communication skills.
Experience working in remote, distributed teams and comfort with modern financial and collaboration tools.
Advanced degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field (e.g., MBA) and relevant professional certifications (such as CPA, CFA) are advantageous.
