Argentum Search Group has partnered with a highly regarded boutique valuation and advisory firm to appoint a Managing Director as part of its continued growth across the United States.
This is an opportunity to join an established, entrepreneurial firm with a strong reputation for technical excellence and client service. The successful individual will play a key role in leading engagements, developing client relationships, mentoring professionals, and contributing to the firm's long-term strategic growth.
The Role
As a Managing Director, you will lead complex valuation engagements across a diverse client base, with a particular focus on:
Commercial Litigation Support
Estate & Gift Tax Valuations
You will be expected to manage key client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and help shape the future direction of the practice.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of valuation or advisory experience.
Proven experience leading client engagements.
Strong business development capabilities with an existing professional network.
Experience across litigation, estate & gift tax, and/or real estate valuation.
ASA, CFA, CPA/ABV, or other relevant professional designation preferred.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
