Interim Compliance Manager

We have partnered with our client in their search for an Interim Compliance Professional to support a growing international data center and bitcoin mining business. This role will begin on a part-time contract basis with the potential to expand in scope and potentially convert to a permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities
Manage AML, KYC, sanctions and third-party/vendor due diligence across multiple jurisdictions.
Support regulatory compliance, licensing, contract-obligation tracking and ongoing monitoring across U.S. and international operations.
Develop and maintain compliance policies, risk assessments, anti-bribery controls, investigations processes and employee training programs.
Skills Required
Strong experience with AML/KYC, sanctions, FCPA/UK Bribery Act and third-party risk.
Experience managing corporate compliance programs across multiple entities or jurisdictions.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growing organization and work closely with Legal and business stakeholders.
Education & Work Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience; JD or compliance certification is a plus.
Mid-level to senior corporate compliance experience; energy, infrastructure, data center, crypto or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
