What You’ll
DoPartner with hiring managers to plan, execute, and manage recruiting efforts across multiple openings and lines of busine
ssFacilitate intake meetings to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profil
esProactively and strategically source top candidates through various job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting too
lsBuild and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidat
esReview resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and complete phone screenin
gsCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring tea
msHelp prepare candidates for interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring proce
ssMaintain timely communication and follow-up with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teammat
esUtilize MAU’s ATS and recruiting systems to manage candidate workflow and documentati
onSupport recruiting process improvements and help drive recruiting best practic
