AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, workflows, and agentic systems that improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.
Develop practical AI solutions that create measurable business value and operational improvements.
Leverage modern AI development platforms and methodologies, including agentic engineering, Claude Code, Codex, and advanced AI-assisted coding practices.
Collaborate directly with leadership, stakeholders, and clients to identify opportunities where AI can deliver meaningful outcomes.
Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on AI-driven applications in production environments.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to solving business challenges.
Contribute to the organization's AI-first strategy by helping define best practices, standards, and scalable development frameworks.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering production-grade solutions.
Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying applications in real-world environments.
Demonstrated expertise with modern AI development tools, coding assistants, and agentic workflow frameworks.
Ability to independently build solutions from concept through deployment with minimal oversight.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for leveraging AI to improve business operations.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business leaders.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
